I recently attended a Realtor CE class on rehab loans for the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, where Matt was the presenter. Matt and his Team were so knowledge and was able to break down all of the minuet details in a way that made sense to me. Matt did not mind re-explaining when I didn’t understand and it was so reassuring that no matter my experience with home buying.
